Oops! I didn’t do any exercise yesterday. I did some running though – yes, I ran out of time.

So here I am after being out for an hour this morning. I had a really good walk which I combined with popping into the bank and grabbing a coffee at Gloria Jeans, which was still warm enough when I got home.

It is so easy to put other things before exercise but I was determined to make it first on my list today.  And it sets me up for the day knowing that I’ve done my bit of fitness work.

  1. week 9 wow! I know it’s easy to get carried away with other things,especially on a Monday. I have only done crunches,and stretches so far today. Will be getting on the exercise bike very soon. You are still committed very much,so keep up the good work.Bike I’m coming!!!!!!
