WALKING CLEARS A HEADCOLD


WEEK 9/DAY 7 – GET FIT PLAN

Hi everyone. A hot steamy kind of day so it’s not the most pleasant for walking. My husband and I got out at around 4pm and had a brisk walk along the walking track then back along the river. We bought bread and milk on the way home. It took about 1 hr and helped my headcold clear a bit. So another successful day of the program done. And he kept up much better this time. Have a good evening.
