WEEK 10/DAY 5 – GET FIT PLAN
Hi everyone. I went for a 40 minute walk, posting mail on the way. At one point while I was on the walking track, I pretended that two walkers, who were a distance behind me, were crazy and dangerous. I was surprised that I found some extra speed that I didn’t think I was capable of. The faster pace got my heart rate up. So pretend fear can increase speed. Have a good day.
