Can I do it? Can a 47 year old mother of two, who has never stuck to any regular exercise her whole life, get fit? With the CSIRO wellbeing book as my guide and with the help of daily blogs, I intend to complete the 12 week plan which involves walking and resistance work. Wish me luck! I begin on the 29th December, 2010 and finish on the 29th March, 2011.
With the plan well and truly completed, my daily challenge now is to keep up the exercise.
